Very unorganized and unprofessional. I’ve been getting ignored for 2 weeks for trying to make a appointment. Staff pick up the phone and hang up or just don’t pick up the phone during working hours. When I try to make an appointment online there is no availability for me to book anything for the rest of the year but I get automated text messages to book an appointment from the office.

Don’t return calls and messages on a timely basis. It takes forever to get an answer. Dr. Patel is the only reason for me to continue going there.

The front desk were really professional, patient, and helpful with my mom. Dr. Castro was also amazing and answered all of my mothers questions without her feeling rushed. So glad we found this office.

I'm so glad I finally found a doctor who could tell me what’s been going on with my health. Dr. Castro truly takes his time and makes sure to explain everything clearly so you can fully understand your condition and treatment options. Making an appointment was quick and easy, and the entire staff was kind, professional, and efficient throughout the check-in and check-out process. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Castro and their entire office team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Dr. Castro truly stands out for being exceptionally thorough in all my care needs. They took the time to listen to all my concerns, explained my condition and treatment options in a clear and understandable way, and made sure all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and I felt genuinely cared for. The office environment was also very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Castro to anyone looking for a doctor who combines expertise with a truly patient-centered approach. Thank you for being such a wonderful primary care doctor.
